{"id":79,"date":"2022-10-05T07:37:33","date_gmt":"2022-10-05T05:37:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sop-ka.sk\/?page_id=79"},"modified":"2022-10-05T08:07:56","modified_gmt":"2022-10-05T06:07:56","slug":"poradny-vybor","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sop-ka.sk\/?page_id=79","title":{"rendered":"Poradn\u00fd v\u00fdbor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00dalohy (opr\u00e1vnenia) poradn\u00e9ho v\u00fdboru, pr\u00e1va a povinnosti RSP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>RSP <strong>prerokuje <\/strong>s\u00a0poradn\u00fdm v\u00fdborom <strong>najm\u00e4:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky rozvoja podniku a\u00a0nap\u013a\u0148ania hlavn\u00e9ho cie\u013ea jeho \u010dinnosti,<\/li>\n<li>stav, \u0161trukt\u00faru a\u00a0predpokladan\u00fd v\u00fdvoj zamestnanosti a\u00a0pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 opatrenia, najm\u00e4 ak je ohrozen\u00e1 zamestnanos\u0165,<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1sadn\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky soci\u00e1lnej politiky a\u00a0opatrenia na zlep\u0161enie pracovn\u00fdch podmienok,<\/li>\n<li>rozhodnutia, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k\u00a0z\u00e1sadn\u00fdm zmen\u00e1m v\u00a0organiz\u00e1cii pr\u00e1ce alebo v\u00a0zmluvn\u00fdch podmienkach,<\/li>\n<li>obmedzenie alebo zastavenie \u010dinnosti RSP alebo jeho \u010dasti, zl\u00fa\u010denie, splynutie, rozdelenie alebo zmenu pr\u00e1vnej formy RSP,<\/li>\n<li>opatrenia na prech\u00e1dzanie vzniku \u00farazov a\u00a0chor\u00f4b z\u00a0povolania a\u00a0na ochranu bezpe\u010dnosti a\u00a0zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci.\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>RSP <strong>informuje <\/strong>zrozumite\u013en\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom a\u00a0vo vhodnom \u010dase poradn\u00fd v\u00fdbor o\u00a0svojej hospod\u00e1rskej a\u00a0finan\u010dnej situ\u00e1cii a\u00a0o\u00a0predpokladanom v\u00fdvoji jeho \u010dinnosti.
